    Hi, I just signed up to this website because my life has come to a point where I cannot carry on, I'm 25 now and I've been fapping away for more than half my life. Recently I learnt about noFap and have had periods where I didn't do it but, I think now is the time to stop taking it lightly and really bring it to an end which is why I'm posting this thread as a commitment. I am planning to go cold turkey from today, any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

    Great initiative to change yourself bro. Cold turkey sounds awesome.
    Tips:
    1. Keep coming back to the site for motivation
    2. Make an AP if you feel you will cave.
    3. be clear on what is your why.
