Hello mate. I like the spirit you are putting into all this, and as someone who has only started this thing, I have little to add. For me, I'm trying to see it not as a huge good-vs-evil battle, but more as a compartmentalization where I say 'OK, urges, I know you are there but I'm choosing to do something else instead'. A bit like meditation where you can't stop the endless thoughts but you can glide past them.. You are a man of character and I thank you for the inspiration.

 

Just now today saw the OP’s post. It’s inspiring.

One thing I’ve seen in this battle is one of our enemies are those that say we’re being silly, there’s no problem, and we’re over reacting.

I know there is a problem! I see and feel the consequences daily. I know I’m not over reacting.

Stand in truth everyone and remember what got you here. If you stumble, get back up and, keep going. Staying down means certain destruction.
