Day 11/21:
I get impatient when waiting for long intervals especially for public transport. Which leads me to anger and eventually trigger cravings. Luckily i was able to identify this chain reaction and just let it fade away slowly. It's painfully difficult to do so but really worth it! Another day conquered!

 

Will try. Thanks for the tip. But seems like it has become a habit for me, using phone before I sleep lol.
