    NoFap, in my opinion, should be all about self-improvement, and working on yourself. If you can become the person you want to be, and become happier because of it, finding a nice girl to connect with emotionally and, yes, make love to, will be nothing but a bonus from your successful NoFap journey. "Getting girls" shouldn't be a part of anyone's goals.

    i didn't wright this thread for 'the how to Pick up girls with Nofap' it's about 'how nofap benefits can help you get good with women by not objectifying them' nofap helps in another aspects of your life ubt this thread is related to how nofap can push your sex drive to work on getting a Gf , a wife Etc .:D
