DAY 21!! turkey so cold, it got frost bite.

Didn't update yesterday but it was a successful day.managed to survive the wavds of urges. Yesterday was day 9/21.today was day 10/21.

 

Thank you. your support was instrumental.

 

Had a crazy urge today. But ran out the house to play soccer. Now am goody.

11/21 done

 

7/21: Its getting difficult to keep my mind from wandering and trying to P-sub. I'm on a close to 30 days streak and want to complete it to 30. That's my immediate short term goal. Also its really hard to just avoid all and any sort of input from massive amount of media we all consume. Also took the plunge and quit smoking. Been 2 days now. Will come to know how my will power holds up this weekend. Anyways My Mantra now is one day at a time.
