9/30, yesterday was difficult but I remain strong

 

23/30 days.. Today was much easier than the last few days, no urges at all.. Gettin closer to goal of this challenge, and closer to my goal to achieve.. Stayin strong NF!

2 days are over I had some emotions but they were repressed very deep inside me.... All things went according to plan. But suddenly few minutes ago I had thought of my classmate and shit.... No. No I didn't did the deed.... I opened nofap and now I am here totally diverted from that unwanted file

 

78 days almost pass. today i was watching you tube i was feeling some ugres to watch porn but thnax i did not start i know where this road will lead.
