    Hello people at NoFap community,my age is 16 I don't follow the birth age I follow the year age but I have a problem with porn...I discover porn at the age 12 and I started fapping at age 14 and I have been suffering for 2 years because of porn! I get low grades,disappointed my family, have no friend and rarely talk and sometimes panic to talk to other people. My streak Is only 2 days... I haven't make progress at all...I need help,I get horny if I ever look/think about porn

    Hey welcome!

    2 days is progress! but there's a road ahead of you. Take one day at a time. Make goals and keep at it. Take your life back.
    You have the gift of starting young. I suggest you read some other stories of young people like you on here and you'll find people in your exact same situation.

    Welcome to the community @Adam2002 !

    Best advice I think I've learned along the way is to change our attitude from fighting the urge instead to fighting the initial thought. Say no to your thoughts that are dangerous for you before they go down the slippery slope and grow into urges that are harder to beat. Fight the initial sexually bad/dangerous thought.
