Getting Urges and Feeling like I Should Watch Porn

I'm High at This Time.I can Feel the Sensation on My Penis and Mind full of Past porn Images,saying to me to Watch Porn.But I'm Somewhat on Auto Pilot,Somewhat on Myself.It Feels like there is only 1 inch distance between me and Porn.Everything is Seeming Boring,even Coming to NoFap.I Used the Emergency Tool but the Urges are Still there.I've Posted this Thinking for About 5 minutes whether I should post it or not.I'm Feeling Totally Different then Normal.It's not a Worry that is hitting me,Nor I'm Depressed,Not Any Kind of Pressure of doing Something,but It's just a Abnormal Type Feeling Which You Can't Explain.My Confidence is down at the Moment,and That is Why I Came Here and I'm Asking for Help.

Sorry.I Relapsed.I Watched Porn after 90 minutes of Posting this.It was a Very bad bad Feeling that I Was Facing before a Relapse,and I Searched for Help,Posted on NoFap,Commented on other's posts,but the Feeling was still there.And I Really Want to Tackle that Feeling.I Want to end it Completely.It Was seeming So Hard to just Sleep,And then I Watched Porn.I Had no Inner strength at that time.
     
  3. Do you really not have anything better do to in your life than to watch porn?
    If the answer is no, is there an urgent reason for you to watch porn and fap?
    If that answer is yes. Then go ahead.
    If the answer is no. Then its just a waste of useful time, energy, judgement and focus.

    I failed recently too man. I MO'd last night.

    The urge to watch porn was in my face after I mo'd but thankfully I developed enough sense during the 19 days without P or O to find P distasteful.

    Wanting what I'll never have is the whole problem.

    There are people to inspire and loyal friends to be made right now. That's the happiness meant for men.

    Recognize the factors which activate or weaken self-control and avoid them. If it is not possible, prepare beforehand!


    Recognize craving while it is weak and easily controlled. Strong craving weakens self-control, memory, concentration and causes stress!


    Evacuate the risky environment!


    Observe the craving pasively without reacting. Take the role of a passive observer!


    Utilize negative motivation, become aware of the negative effects that the vicious habit causes!


    Utilize positive motivation, realize the advantages of abstinence!


    Seek inspiration from positive examples and models!


    Slow down, become aware and stop automatic behaviour!


    Imagine driving and reaching an orange trafic light that goes to red: Stop and Think.


    Don't react to the craving and postpone your decision until it goes away.


    Do physical exercise.


    Talk to someone.


    Focus your attention on a safe object.


    Stop concentrating on the craving, consciously maintain your attention in a neutral form and relax.


    Use autosugestion by reciting phrases such as:

    1. Abstinence is effective at reducing my cravings!

    2. I will to lead a healthy life!

    3. Abstinence enables me to be happy!


    Meditate, Pray, or contemplate the essential and absolute.


    Learn to do slow and deep abdominal breathing, possibly also yogic breathing techniques such as sheetali or ujjayi.


    Get sufficient Rest and Manage your Time efficiently so that you are less tired or bored.


    Manage your emotions effectively, learn to Prevent or Efficiently Process negative emotions.


    Do not sabotage yourself emotionaly in order to avoid the feelings resultant from failure and desert the battlefield like a traitor.


    Systematize your Mental Process of Self-Denial and increase your Willpower through Systematic Self-Denial.


    Overcome pessimistic thinking patterns. Possibly through the following five methods:

    1. Evoke the opposite. (exempli gratia: I am worthless < I am a manifestation of the absolute)

    2. Be aware of the adverse consequences of negative thoughts. (exempli gratia: low self esteem)

    3. Maintain your awareness in a neutral form and wait until the negative thought patterns cease. (exempli gratia)

    4. Find the triggers of these thoughts and analyze. ('disinfect the wound')

    5. Clench your teeth, push your tongue against the palate, endure. (exempli gratia: Rocky Balboa, eye of the tiger)

  6. Thanks for Your Support Guys.I Really Appreciate Your Comments.Even Though I'm Not that Inspired at the Moment,but I'm Feeling like I Hate Porn.Is it an Emotion or My Thought?I Don't Know.But I Don't Want to Watch Porn at the Moment.

    Urges pass. We can choose not to act on them. Sometimes it's difficult to resist. Sometimes it might feel impossible to resist, but it's not. You have the power to choose whether to act on those urges or not. The more you resist, the easier it'll get.
