What is the 30 Days of Affirmation -CHALLENGE ?

- The challenge is to log on here every day for 30 days straight and tell yourself something positive.

- You will need to number your self affirmations sequentially until you reach the total of 30.

- You may start at anytime.

- You may not do more than 1 per day.


Note : after the 30 days are over those who have successfully esteemed themselves for 30 days will be added here to the Hall of Fame.
