After relapsing 3 times today, I've put on the wall a habit tracker calendar on the wall.
    Once again..
I'm on the stage of "Never Again" ...
Some of habits include saving money, pushups, keeping a journal, nofap of course, cold shower..

What other kind of habits would you recommend me to include here?
    Any other ideas?

Read this book if you want to understand habits, motivations and the feedback loops. srsly one of the best books I have ever read: it doesn't have the answers but it does have all the tools you need to change

Charles Duhigg The Power of Habit: Why we do what we do

and yeah, MINDFULNESS, absolutely: it has thousands of years of proof on its effectiveness.

Thank you both I'll check them out...

In the meantime almost 48 goes clean.
Still brain fogged but kind of "hungry" accompanied by anxiety and insecurity..
I went on a date.. it went ok but...
The opportunity was in front of me but I was too insecured to take a leap of faith and make the move...
As a result now I'm laying on my bed , about to sleep, with an "unknown" future...
Although hornyness arise slowly like the sunset.
I have many of the signs before relapsing in the past...
But I will fight, I'll try to stand strong before a relapse...
Anticipation, boredom (at home alone), sleeping/eating late, coffee... You name it...

Anyway I'll try to resist but _Morning_ is like m""""f"""g Ninja.
Anyway how do you "conquer" morning?
That's one answer still looking a legit answer

Hmm. Do you know the reasons why you got into PM?

    I can recall a few..
Among others I was raised in a stressful environment being deprived by many things and a few bad things happened that I still think from time to time.
That had definitely an effect on how I approach people.
Quite often I catch myself recalling the past.
I guess numbness is a way to escape

Maybe that's the reasons or part of them

^ (video to watch on how to break habits)
At this point, you need to make clear goals for yourself as well as a solid plan. I recommend sleeping at fixed times, eating healthy, and searching up other ways to lengthen a streak.
Instead of having a “never do it again” goal, create one that has a number. E.g. “I will hold this for 5 days.” Once you are able to pass that milestone, you can hop onto the next one.
When you get an urge, understand that you are getting one, and break down why this urge is there.

^ Watch this to understand urges and relapses better.
I will not go on to say methods on how to prevent relapsing, but how to find the methods instead, as it keeps this short:
Watch TEDxtalks on addiction and rewiring of the brain
Research on principles of stoicism in order to combat future urges and feelings
Research on how different religions advise to keep you doing NoFap (e.g. search up how, for example, what Islam recommends. This is so that you can truly understand what they are trying to get you to do, and so that you can use the principles in your own ways).

Lastly, stop tiring yourself. There is time, so do not worry. Have a calm state of mind. Good luck.
