Day 1.

1. I am grateful for my girlfriend

3. I am graterul for being given the opportunity to study something awesome.

 

I am grateful for living another awesome day, i'm gonna make it count
I am grateful for for my job and the financial freedom it gives me
I am grateful for having a nice bed

 

I am grateful for the nice room I'm living in.
I am grateful for my loving family.
I am grateful for the opportunities I have in life.

 

I am grateful for my health
I am grateful for a nice walk i took in the parc nearby here yesterday
I am grateful for coffee on days when i sleep not enough

 

I am grateful for overthinking which allows me to focus my energy on reducing my overthinking.
I am grateful for being able to video chat my girlfriend from across the world. What lovely technology.
I am grateful for the time I had at the beach resort yesterday. What a breathtaking experience.

 

I am grateful for the barbeque with friends I had last night.
I am grateful for the motivation I have to improve my social skills and confidence.
I am grateful for this forum.

 

I am grateful for the food I ate yesterday.
I am grateful for a glass bottle that I use to drink water from.
I am grateful for the sunlight outside.

 

Day 2.

1. I am grateful for that delicious glass of wine I had today.
2. I am grateful for being able to talk about a lot of things with a good friend of mine.
3. I am grateful for public transport, which has served me well today.

 

I am grateful for a long weekend with my girlfriend.
I am grateful for sleeping through the night.
I am grateful for all the love I have in my life.

 

I am grateful for the fight I have within myself.
I am grateful for being alone in this world because only I have to deal with my problems.
I am grateful for the natural wisdom inherent in this world.

 

I am grateful for being @ home today
I am grateful for the ongoing beautiful weather
I am grateful for the airco in my car

 

I am grateful that I had the opportunity to help 3 friends yesterday.
I am grateful that a good friend trusted me with his problems.
I am grateful for a new day to improve myself.

1. I am grateful for having grown up in a household with no financial problems.
2. I am grateful for that tasty loaf of special bread a friend of ours baked for us.
