    I am not doing PMO now a day's but when I do chatting with a girl always try to bring a romantic topic and when I think about sex than penis get erect so strongly and expel liquid actually i am not getting benefit should I stop chatting with girls and thinking about them? please help I need benefit physically and mentally.

    I think you can chat with girls you know in real life, but try to avoid sexual topics and thoughts. The normal man's life includes talking with girls so it is nothing to worry about. Talking with girls is okay, treating or seeing their like a objects is not - try to have casual conversation, exactly as with male-friend. You don't need to oversexualize her or try to impress her.
