Just wanted to know if it's okay to have sex during nofap because the entire idea revolves around the principle of not having an orgasm. So does that mean I shouldn't be seeing my girlfriend naked or having sex with her?

Also wanted to add that she has never been able to make me ejaculate on her own and I always finish by myself. I know she's doing everything right and it's only because I'm so used to myself doing it. Can I hope to see a change after NoFap?

Sex is allowed under normal mode of NoFap but not allowed under "Hard mode" it is in the FAQ.

I would refrain from masturbating to finish during sex because what is likely causing your ability for not to finish with girl is the death grip during masturbation. The problem you are facing is is progressive. Two years ago I could only finish with oral from wife. One year ago I could only really finish by myself. Six months ago, I had difficulty finishing at all. When I stopped porn and masturbation for 5 to 7 , it got a little easier and was able she was able to finish with oral.

During this time I recommend focusing on her needs and if she can't make you finish then just try again in a few days. Even now, she may be feeling that she isn't sexy enough to make you finish without your help. I recommend talking to her and making sure she understands that the difficulties in bed are purely your issues and they are temporary. If you feel comfortable talking about porn/masturbation issues and she is understanding then the nofap journey will be much easier with her support. I speak from experience on this because I kept silent and it impacted my ex-wife's self-esteem and created distance. Eventually she started an affair as a way to cope with her self-esteem issues which destroyed the marriage.

  4. It depends on your personal goal. Some people do NoFap in the sense of no porn and no masturbation, however, there's the "hardmode" too (also known as "monkmode") where you abstain from porn, masturbation and orgasms, so no sex either. Anyways, it depends on your personal goal.

In case you are in a relationship I'd recommend talking about that topic and perhaps you both could agree on doing hardmode for 30 or 90 days, whatever helps on your path.

This was incredibly helpful. Cleared things out for me so much. Luckily I do have a very supportive girlfriend who knows about me embarking on my nofap journey. So hopefully this turns out well.

Sorry to hear about what happened to you. Hope all is better now. Good luck!

Thanks a lot! I've decided to go on hard mode for 30 days and see what I can do from there on.

    I generally agree with this.

A lot of users do reboot a bit faster when they go hard mode but its up to you.

  8. Yes whole purpose of NoFap is to quit porn and have sex in real life

  9. Yes if you choose to. When I first did NoFap, I didn't have say for 50ish days. That was enough to cure my delayed ejaculation problem at the time.

  10. In my humble opinion...

A period of completely abstaining from it would be the best and the fastest cure for you.

30 days should be your goal. You can try 60-90 as well.

However your partner's consent and support will be vital for you.

    Just my two cents.
