day 189

 

Day 40 mid-day check in. Today as I accidentally clicked on what ended up being a cleverly disguised spam email before I knew it I had about 5 porn banners with naked women. I came from a friend so guessing he has a virus on his pc. Without a second thought I closed each one as quickly as I can click and then ran a virus check. I noticed I was a bit aroused but crushed that feeling fast with a couple dozen push ups.

I should be safe for the rest of the day since a few friends are coming over to swim and beat the heat in my backyard.

 

I thought my measure of success was how much days I went through without PMO but it's not! After I've made the 180 days, I thought I was beyond PMO and that it was a thing of the past. We gotta stay humble because it can always creep back! My real measure of success right now is the everyday progress I'm doing internally each day, each sacrifice or selfless act I do each day that makes me a better version of myself. I don't even focus on days any more. I suggest people to have that state of mind because we will never be fully healed if we don't change inside, it's not only the number of days that matters!

 

Day 193/200...NoPMO....Now 1 week for 200 days.Lets do this guys.You too can do this.This fight is for ur lifeCheers!!!
