It peaks at 7 days, then will be stable/declining depending on how your diet/living is.

 

The small variance of testosterone in you basically has no effect on muscle growth. You would have to be taking steroids for it to matter.

Not worth losing sleep over

 

Tested my testosterone levels at day 5 and last week on day 72 no PMO. Guess what... The difference was absolutely minimal. Went from fapping 4x a day to 0x a day, and no changes at all in testosterone.

I really wouldn’t worry about that at all, 99% of the problems here psychological. Treating the mind will most likely solve it.

 

I have to disagree,
during the first week of nofap I notice a sensible increase in testosterone.
I am sure I lost fat and gained muscle, exactly the same diet / lifestyle. Probably fapping decrease testo, I don't know.
Still I can't tell if it normalize or remain high after, but compared to when I fapped everyday I have at least a 15/20% increase for sure.

 

Hey man! Thanks for the response. A 20% increase in testosterone is quite big. Remember this is not based on how I felt, although I feel completely different. I went to a lab and got blood samples to confirm the levels before and after. It’s in no way related to my own perception.

The testosterone levels are practically the same, but I feel veeery different. Remember there are other side effects to testosterone increasing, like hair loss and acne.

Whats up man! Like I said, it didn’t increase at all, although my libido is much higher and erection is much better.

This confirms that my problem was 100% psychological, related to a messed up dopamine reward system caused by excessive PM.

Hey man! I had these blood exams at the very beginning and now repeated at day 86. As you can see, it hasn’t increased or declined. Don’t know about peaks during the journey though, only tested before and after.

 

I made a thread aswell, but I’ll put this info here so it helps whoever:

Testosterone levels blood exams:

Day 1: 534ng/dL
Day 86: 532ng/dL

Result after nofap: MASSIVE results. I can get and maintain erections much, much easier and libido increased a LOT.

 

You have laboratory evidence so probably you are right.
It maybe that androgen receptors increase or testosterone receptors.
Also now on nofap I also have a little bit of acne again, I am very prone to it and when I was younger I suffered from severe acne. Fortunately I know how to deal with it
