Did I relapse?

    Okay, so I made it to day twelve but then I looked at some images that are not technically porn and I did not masturbate to them either, but I had no constructive reason to be there either except because they were hot pictures, furthermore, the next morning my mind was full of sexual fantasies, so it definitely triggered something sexual in me, should I reset?

    P.s. I developed some bizarre fetishes over the course of my addiction, will they ever go away?

    (Note,I hope I am in the right thread, let me know if I'm not)

  2. If they bring up feelings that you are teyitr to get away from avoid them. You have discovered something that triggers you. Personally I have found that staying away from things has made the then growing desires subside and they are growing more weak each day.

    I think it depends on how long you were looking at them for, and what your intention was. If you were intentionally using them for arousal, it probably means you need to reset your timer. That doesn't mean indulge in M because your clock would be at zero for a day!

    I agree that intention matters here, but i'm not sure sure duration does, so long as i was FOCUSED on any material for the sake of arousal it is probably looking at porn for me, the definition of porn is a personal one, (as the SCOTUS ruled: I shall not today attempt further to define the kinds of material I understand to be embraced within that shorthand description ["hard-core pornography"], and perhaps I could never succeed in intelligibly doing so. But I know it when I see it, and the motion picture involved in this case is not that.)

    for me just looking at some sexy pic it's different that looking at porn. so what kind of images were you looking at? life it's full of sexy pic also in advetisment and we can't skip from these... Porn it differen't that looking an image of a nude girl. So for me it strictly depend on the content that you are looking at, and if you masturbate on it.

    I agree intention is important, and I think you did the right thing by reseting. It is good to be a bit tough on yourself in these matters
