Any1 experience excessive hunger during nofap

    im 26 days been hard mode except day 7 I had sex with my Gf only once nothing else , and over the past couple weeks Iv been really weak low on energy and noticed I’m way more hunger than usually and normal amounts of food I would eat don’t seem enough and I seen hunger still

    Almost feels like my body needs more fuel than usually

    Anyone else see a change in hunger on. Nofap ?

    I’m the opposite. Since starting this quest to leave PMO behind , I only eat once a day now. But that might also have something to do with me getting older and my motabolism slowing down.

    If you're already overweight maybe your brain is looking for another way out to anxiety (for others it'd be smoking, drinking, etc.). Try more cardio exercise. If you're not overweight, chewing gum can be a temporary relief. Just suggestions.
