NOFAP make overcome other adiction easier

    That happen to me actually this past day


    Im addicted to video games i overcome it, even tho i invest money on that game, but i'm able to overcome it


    Im addicted to sugar (sweet food) and junk food i also overcome it

    Main reason that i found are,, nofap encourage me to improve my life. that missing hour that i used to watch porn must fill with positive activity ( if not i surely will go back to porn) and i start to think abbout my bad habbit and try to overcome it



    Everytime sugar / video games addictiin come... I always say in my heart.."man that addiction is nothing compared to porn addiction,,such a joke if i cant handle it, my enemy is big time porn, not such weakling as video games or sugar addiction"

    yes nearly 80percent . it helps a lot. i observed when i posting here regularly it helps to avold other bad things. i observed pretty good benefits b/c of nofap. one of main reason to do nofap is to help others whose is willing to step forword against bad evil things like pmo. or others. life ups & down keeps me not regular here sometimes . i really miss nofap those days. posting here really encourages to take steps forword to against bad things etc. i have been on this site nearly 2 yr , considering it i havenot posted enough here. it sadden me sometimes. sharing thoughts with almost one lac plus members itself encouraging to step forword. sorry 4 my bad english. i pray to god let me post here on regular basis.

    i always believe that if we help other people,, somehow we being helped too by other

    If ur post help other then post it,,,

    yes somehow we beign helped. i must post post one lac plus members thank you very much. addicted mindset troubled my grattitude thinking. sadly. but i must post my two word of appreciation more oftenly here,

    Can see this happening looking at my relapses. Relapse happens more after I binge on something (food, games) then I also binge more on these things after I relapse.
    Agree though those positive habits that you replace porn with can help other issues/problems!
