Are all PAs compulsive liars?

Porn use is still a topic that is taboo in today's society. Admitting one's addiction to another person, especially to someone they love can cause great shame, fear and guilt. So- they avoid it at all costs. So, I would say the latter of your two possibilities.

As a porn addict, I can say that my porn addiction has definitely honed my deceptiveness skills, which I'm not proud of.... For me it's more like lying by omission. I have essentially built a life around hiding my porn addiction. It is not something you flash for the entire world to see. So you close yourself off in your little porn addiction world and don't let anybody in, NO MATTER WHAT. And that's really what sustains it.
