Halfway through!

    I'm on day 46 which means I've just completed 45 days, halfway through my 90-day challenge.
    So any advice guys from those who have completed the challenge before? Is the upcoming half any easier? Harder? I know everybody's different, but still, any advice would help.

    congratulation on ur 45 plus days achiement so far. one day at a time . soon u will a lot closer 90 days .

    Hi brother,
    In my previous post I said "you will be overloaded with benefits" by which I meant, benefits that will come during reboot+after reboot :)

    Generally Rebooting aims to disconnect the link between p and m. It is a period of 90 days but it may take longer also ("depending on intensity of addiction or if you slip by any chance during recovery"). During and after the reboot, benefits surround you and they are never ending and not limited also. With that being said, if you continue without pmo/pm for 3 months and >3 months time, you will keep on getting good results.

    As from my experience, you may have positive feedbacks during rest 45 days. Eg. Less brain fog, less social anxiety, gain of self respect, self esteem.

    So it's worth it! I hope I have answered your question.
