[3-CHALLENGE] THE THREE DAYS CHALLENGE !

Day 1 complete. Kept myself distracted but did have a few urges which I managed to control

Broke. Back to day -1/3.

 

Today is day 1/3. I failed the 21 days challenge, now I am here xD I think I will do the three days without PMO and then I will masturbate without porn to celebrate the success.

 

Day 2/3 done. Was the most difficult so far. Became aware of impulses driving for porn and masturbation. Distracted myself to some other activities. Some comedy shows online.

Day 0. Unfortunately relapsed but the good thing is I'm reducing my PMO rate. However, I obviously need to reach that 3 day goal. Just need to have faith in myself.
