day 134/150. I am experiencing a difficult phase of depression. I feel I am having a sort of sexual unbalance but the only sexual way I knew in my life was pmo, now it is normal , my brain wants to go back at that world but I know in the moment I give myself to a simple image, simple thought, the hell will start again and one day I will have to face again this sexual unbalance, this depression. NOW IS THE MOMENT I HAVE TO FACE IT! But I never want to forget to enjoy life in the little things

thanks, last time I relapsed at 32 now 38 days.. progress, but I have to pass through 64,128.. this time

at least, i can say that I am out of bad habit of fapping every day
