    I'm back, these days are damn hard but I won't give up until day 365. I can't lie I had a bit scary moments but I managed to keep my calm thanks to God. Day 27/365 of no pmo challenge.

    Day 22/
    I woke up at 4 A.M
    did some exercise
    Last day i had a very bad headache,i've prepared myself for any kind of withdrawals , so i embrace all difficulties in my path ahead that i've planned to go through toward better body(better platform) ,better mental state and psychological state and better life.that headache was like this:my head had become heavy ,it was turned to a part of my body that inclined to be apart from my body. funny but painful and sever
    it has became better at evening but not totally good,then...at night
    I had a wet dream last night, i think it is a way that this body wants to distribute the pressure along the journey.
    then the chaser effects hit me slightly,in a way that some fantasies coming out from ,i don't know ,now where, maybe my mind that is the product of this sick body, those fantasies was about my ex girl friend.
    but,i neglected them,despite the fact that my penis was about to arouse,
    after all this things ,i think my control over my thoughts have improved, and it is an indication for this fact that my body has healed a little,but there are still more to be healed , i wanna train this body to how think ,how behave , and devise a new inner world by feeding it from worth books and materials .

    Good that you are able to control. By reading more on nofap you can increase your knowledge. Additional read the book "your brain on porn". Our brain is a marvellous thing. By your own brain you can tame your brain. Yes. Read good literature explore what happens in your brain when you do PMO. Yes trigger events chaser effect anxiety depression all are real effects. Withdrawal symptoms. Yes i think you have already been reading .

    Numbers only tell part of the story. I'm looking at this as a net win. Knowledge precedes will. Once you can fully see victory, feel it, and know it, then you can choose and attain it. Keep charging forward!
