Haven’t posted in awhile. I’ve been at a camp as a counselor since Sunday, and the camp was in the middle of nowhere so no cell service. Check my counter but by my count it is day 17/21

Yesterday was "hard"... I had a full on erection for most of the day at work and this cute girl there kept trying to find excuses to touch me. But I made it, no relapse! I definitely marked this in my PMO spreadsheet though.

Made the challenge! Onto the next...I learned the following, PMO do not even come close to the satisfaction of affection with a real human being. We are onto something with this movement. Never give up. Im now heading to the next challenge.

I am feeling very normal now. Like I never had this addiction before. No urges.
But I am very careful. Simple girls images turns me on. I can't let that happen. Not after coming this far.
