Today I will not PMO because it has distorted my view of women

 

Today I will not PMO because there's so much better things to do with my time and energy.

 

Today i will not use porn.Without porn my life is like heaven.And i feel like i m a Human

 

Today i will not MO because it ruins my life. I want to achieve my goal that is my first priority.

I will never use porn again because my brain is giving up and its getting very easy to get over the few urges that i do come accros. So why should i go back to somthing so life destroying when i have gotten away from it.
