    I'm in! I've had enough of this suffering! I'm aching for leading a normal life.

    Day 1, all i need to do is focus on my work in the daytime and take cold shower twice a day, which proved to be extraordinarily helpful for my rehab.

    Concentration + Cold Showers = Freedom

    They will know that we're no cowards nor fools.

    Day 2, I went to the gym and swam breaststroke for 1 hour.
    A post I read inspired me greatly, which states that "all the urges and negative thoughts are just the noise as you totally rewire your brain".
    I feel awesome so far regardless of the fact that there are lots of assignments left to be finished (owing to my procrastination and irregular study routine).

    I reset to Day 1/3, I always feel like day 1 is pretty easy, but days 2 & 3 are always much tougher. climb through the barriers to reach the top. My ultimate goal is to reach 30 days no PMO, and believing that I can is the first step to rebooting.
