I've done it. Although this is a small challenge, I feel accomplished. When I stopped PMOing this week, I realized just how messed up my life is. I couldn't enjoy the present moment and just kept on telling myself it's going to get better in the future. This week, I have adopted several habits that have made me feel better than ever before. To anyone reading, never give up! This challenge will do things that you never thought you would do.
