2. diverting your thoughts by deep breathing
3. 2 minute constant focus on your goals

Try counter-intuitive methods by thinking about the harm porn does in your life
Do some productive work to keep away your thoughts from porn.
Learn a skill to divert your sexual energy to another form

Don't give in. But let the addiction urges consume you. Imagine a wave coming toward you. A giant tsunami of urges. But at the same time, imagine a helicopter flying toward you, with a ladder dangling to you. It's upto you to climb on the ladder and get in the helicopter so you can fly away from the tsunami of urges.

This too shall pass. Just don't act on the urges and they will pass, and next time they peak, it will be a little less, and it will oscillate, until the highs aren't as high and the lows aren't as low, but you just have to hang in there through the turbulence
