How long till I can be free from this.

    Today I messed up after working very hard to get this far. I almost watched porn. I did masturbate and I want to know, How long is it going to be before this feels right again? I have been working towards recovery for almost a year and I can still feel the chaser effect sometimes. I don't think I can do this anymore. The pressure is too much and allows me to make stupid decisions. I think as I am right now, 90 days no PMO is impossible.

    You are not going to quit it by fighting against it. Remember what you resistnot only persists, but will grow in size. So just enjoy humiliting yourself
