I just relapsed what do I do

    Man I just relapsed honestly I feel like shit for ruining my streak I was on day 11 man I feel like shit like complete shit I just felt like I didn’t have anything to do with my positive energy I don’t have a job or any friends so I fapped and lost my positive energy.my question is where do I go from here do I restart from day 1 ?how can I not relapse the second time around please help I feel different already as if I just threw all of the benefits i was feeling out of the window my anxiety is back will my benefits come back please help what do I do
     
  2. One PMO doesn't wipe out all the benefits of a streak. (If nothing else, you know you can do 10 days!)

    Just don't do it again, start a new streak ASAP.

  3. Think of it as 'closing up' compared to 'opening out'. Think of it as contraction compared to expansion. 'Contraction/closing up' means being wrapped up and obsessed with illusory, pixel people fantasy land in which the women will never materialize in front of you and in which those women on the computer/TV screen don't even know and will never know and will never care that you wasted your valuable time and energy by fapping, using your hand as a pseudo-vagina. 'Expansion/opening out' means the refusal of running around in circles and going nowhere fast by finally breaking out of the box of fantasy and embrace life and deal with its challenges, struggles, joys, and sorrows. Set up goals and strategies to keep you from regressing into the state of mind that could fling you back into the purposelessness of PM-fantasy land.
     
  4. Learn why you relapsed. Where did you mess up? Was it the first peak? The first thought that preceded that peak? A trigger you let run wild before the thought? Relapse is not a single moment but a build up because you keep denying yourself, so find out where you messed up and learn to not do that again

    So we get up again. and again. and again.
     
  7. You need to sit down and list the ways you would relapse. Then with those ways make a list of ways in how you will overcome each obstacle. This will require you to sit down with a pen and paper and put your focus to work. Once you have them on paper it is easy to execute.
