Today i will not use porn because i want to be the best version of myself.

 

Today I will not watch porn or masturbate as I will feel awful if I do and also be back to square one

Today i will not pmo because i can stay strong. Yesterday, while driving, the urges became so so so strong. All the tools i learned to deal with the urges did not work so the urges came strong. But, i stayed strong, so that tells me i can handle it.
