    Today is i had 5 urges or 4 i'm on day 7 i relapsed or i don't? i tried to search on google cause i fapped but there no pmo i didn't finish does it count?

    If you didn't finish, it doesn't count. Don't take that a recommendation to edge (verrrry bad idea). But, if you caught yourself and didn't finish, I don't see that as a failure.

    All the energy loss, and detrimental effects, and reinforcement of bad mental patterns come from actual orgasm.
