Today is day 62 out of 90 towards 120 towards not sure how long we're going so that yesterday I need to not put a time limit on it until it's fixed. Sometimes I feel like hope is not there I'm one of those people that likes countdowns it works within them.

 

I admire your determination and commitment and I also 100 percent agree with you that for me it has to be no PMO, no ifs, not buts. However I also think it's important not to be judgemental (and I'm NOT saying you are by th way) because we're all different - for some people just cutting out P&M might work, some people believe in God and some people don't (or in a different God!!) I guess there's room for everyone on this site is my point.

Day 10. Memorial Day is coming up. Looking forward to some much needed vacation time.

This was day 11. I'm facing some difficulties but this is nothing new. All I need to change for the better at the moment during my hard mode is to get out of bed when I wake up and to go straight to sleep when I go to bed.

 

You can do this dude today's day 65 out of a hundred and twenty for me leaving wife for doing it together I know exactly what you're doing man make it happen you can do this

 

Today's day 65 seems like it gets hard after about 4:30 everyday but for the most part it's getting a little easier during the day we're on the way to 120 days so this 90-day challenge is the only got 25 days left that's a small chunk of change compared to where I've already been just remember God we've got this. Member your penis is only 1% of your overall body mass don't let it control the other 99% of you and your and your decisions. This is day 12. So far so good. I've just realized that it's not only two more days until I hit the two week mark but it is also on Memorial Day. Coincidence probably.

Day 67 happy Memorial Day! Yesterday was an excellent day I have three women from better relations with God than myself backgrounds one of them my wife sat around and make sure that we are on track. We talked about things going on in the past things to make sure that we stay in the present moment odaat one day at a time. What's going to get us through this now is discipline, self preservation, will power, accepting things you can't change like I can't change the date. I can't set the date it's up for my wife to determine that we're ready to have sex again and intimacy. It's also through gods forgiveness that I know that I'm going in the right direction.

 

They 68 of an unknown number, yesterday was awesome with one exception I drink a little bit and I realized it makes me feel like shit. I’m also winning my way off of some antidepressants through the love of God and the love of my life. Starting to reach some real blah points but hanging in there. Had some good company with some good folks yesterday nice memorial day We can do this and I don’t want to relapse that’s not worth going backwards I would rather slap my balls with a ping-pong paddle and then coat them with icy hot before I have to start over or have a relapse.
