So what are the benefits to not fapping? Is it like a better sex life or a happier lifestyle in general? Also, is it ok to sill fap but only like once a month or something?

you get super powers dude. LOL jk man. benefits? well if i had to give you some off the top of my head beside the ones you've already listed
-more energy to do things you enjoy
    -more interest in others
-more incline to do things in favor of own personal benefit/ stand up for yourself more.
not necessarily saying you will experience these things but yeah man its more about breaking a habit so to answer your other question is it okay to j/o once a month, dude no one can answer that question but yourself. Do what is in your best interest. hope that helps.

Hello!. Good question. If you fap once a month and you are not hooked into PMO, then, my friend you are perfectly OK. Our problem, or for better saying, my problem is my addiction to porn, and fapping has been a minor issue to me. I do not pretend to give up fapping forever, just want to regain control over my impulses.

  4. Porn and excessive masturbation can become addicting. That can mess up your brain, like any other addiction, and hormonal system. Which further can cause depression, anxiety, social anxiety, light form of OCD, acne, insomnia, hair loss, migranes, procrastination and lack of motivation, premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction and list goes on. The main benefits of nofap is to avoid all those problems. There is a great website for you to learn more on this which also has tons of great studies and people's personal experience stories - https://www.yourbrainonporn.com

If you do masturbate only once a month or even watch porn only once a month then it might not be a problem. But it is still potential danger for escalation into addiction, so be careful with playing with fire. Masturbation is way less dangerous than porn. And even if you do it every day the negative effects still are rather small when compared to porn. But still tho, there is no reason to masturbate when it's so easy to get a GF these days.
