Hello, I am an 18 year old man who has been on nofap for over a year. I have had a 37 day streak at most, but now however it seems like I am back in the cycle of relapsing every week. I exercise and meditade everyday. I have read some about the sience of p, but is this not enoght? I have come to the conclusion that killing myself if I look at p again might be the only solution for me, for a life of porn is not worth living. And hopefully this will prevent further relapses

You need to be patient with yourself. This addiction is strong, and one needs to improve in various aspects of one's life to break with porn. Maybe try to set a filter, or a software that restricts the content you can access in your devices.

You also need to know yourself, and your weakness, only if you know that you are weak will you ever be strong. Ask for God's help and repent truly, and he will help you.
