    I’m so disappointed in myself, just binged and PMO’d. I slipped and I need to get back up and be strong about it. Just wanted to vent!

    Last night same here for me but didn't pmo now on day 20 my cause was got high on weed. Ealier relasped after day 115 again due to weed.

    Hi bro! I know, relapsing sucks. I relapsed once when reached my first 21 day streak now im back up at 32. Stay strong and fight those urges.
