LOST MY FUNK

  1. Since its throwback thursday lets throw it back to 2 weeks ago. Man I was doin great. Had some good streaks going 5-6-7 days without porn. I was even hitting the gym for about 2hrs a day everyday and the pounds were coming off.

    Fast forward to now. Longest streak Ive had in three weeks is 3 days. I have seen the gym about 4 times in the last three weeks. I am a totally different person and I am feeling the effects.

    Lately I have been relapsing a ton. Like I dont know why its just like Ive had this intense urge to beat the meat. I got to get out of this funk. Someway somehow I am going to do this.

    You are going through some strong chaser effect and this is why you are binging. How accessible is porn for you? DO you watch porn everytime you fap? It is better to avoid porn if you are on a binge.
     
  3. For me its mostly a control thing. When I really want to watch porn I will find a way anyway to get it.

    You seem to be missing warning signs before you actual watch porn. Be aware of the tricks of the minds and urges/triggers that arises everyday. The key is to identify them as soon as they arise and then you can do things like staying away from the internet, getting out of the house, taking a brisk walk, calling a friend, going to a public library etc. It is best not to fight; simple distraction can work better.
