hmm, i've always been a bit wary of those kind of videos on you tube. Music in general is great healthy way to escape reality for a while, bit of classical music or uplifiting euphoric music will help to lift your mood, probably far more effectively than a random youtube video that claims it's some kind of hypnosis.

 

Don't let me stop you from trying! But I can pretty much guarantee that it won't work. There are no secret principles, or hidden techniques. There are no special powers that a guru can grant to those who prove worthy, or sounds you can listen to that will "reprogram your soul." There's only you... right here and right now... moving yourself forward by decision and will... or not.

 

Listen to music that will inspire and encourage you. That will help you beat pmo. This hypnotizing shit will not help you.
