Hi. Welcome! I recommend creating a journal in Reboot Logs section and blogging daily there. Also posting actively on forum in other ways as well. I find it helps to keep us motivated. Otherwise it's easy to forget about this thing, importance of it and slip away into old habits. Another great thing is spiritual fasting. Maybe start with one day at weekends where you consume only water. I find fast helps to purify the body and mind from all kinds of damages. Good luck with your reboot!

Well - if watching porn is against your religion the question is what made your religion your religion. You are just following what people told you? I don't need a religion to realize how much an addicition may limit my life. I am looking for true happiness and I know I have to get rid of addictions. It's up to me to break a habit.
