Today i will not use porn because it destroys myself for nothing.

I want to be as real as possible, and pmo only brings illusions, and delusions, in the end pmo is only sabotaging yourself, why would anyone want that?? So when urges hit, I need a clear mind, to see that pmo has to offer nothing substantially, it's only negativity in the end, let's be strong, let's be positive, let's be productive, let's live a real life!!
