Today I will not PMO because I am sick and tired on being mad and upset at myself

This is a good resolve.

I am exhausted from the cycle of a success streak followed by recovery from relapse.

I want off this horrible roller coaster.

 

Today I will not use porn because I love how I feel after I am able to resist an urge to use... so much better than how I feel after a relapse!

I think jumping off this rollercoaster ride requires us to go deep. Once we reach our deepest point that is when we are able to jump off. This journey of ridding our addiction will take you through levels of pain that you haven't felt in ages or may not even have felt before. Be prepared to go even deeper and to keep on fighting.

 

Today I will not PMO because I know O'ing is not necesarily bad as its a natural feature of being human however I am learning to control my desires (going against my natural tendennceies which is bound to be extremely difficult) in order to conserve my sexual energy. This is because I believe a conservaton of sexual energy will make me more productive.

I see every aspect of my life as a test. The test thrown at you is never too hard to pass. I am never thrown into the fire without being prepared for it. I believe that 90% of my my pron addiction has been resolved and now the next journey involves me abstaining from O. This I believe is harder than abstaining from porn because addiction to porn is an unnatural phenomena however abstaining from O is going against our nature as a human. Therefore the mountain to climb will be steeper however I am ready for the challenge.
