  1. One trick with dealing with the psychological battle with intrusive thoughts is to pretend to step outside of yourself and observe the thoughts with calm detachment. Anyway, this journey and struggle is hard although I think the worst is over as for the severe withdrawal symptoms. I don't ever want to go through that again! It'll never be a free ride though because I have to be alert to fend off ambushes. I like to think that the ego doesn't like what we're doing but the soul does! :) Then the ego has to be trained to comply with the soul's wishes.

This panic button helps before bed time, :D It keep the brain distracted but focused on the natural important goals, but I know a very good trick too trick when the internet is not there(the less internet in our lives the better, unless you really need it to learn something), when your brain think about the temptations about the non natural cravings, you/we can switch our thoughts and focus on what has to be done to achieve something that you/we are working on this present time/week/month/year/years, a simple example starting from the simple ones (I mean we can train our brains to achieve wonders by doing simple daily tasks with baby steps):
    1. Clean the toilet
    2. Clean the desk of your room
    3. Hoover or swipe your room
    4. Stretch your body for 5 or 15 or 30 minutes.
    5. Go and do a few push ups, at least 3 rounds of 10 or 20 depending on your physical conditions.
    6. Make the list of the next hour/day/week tasks to be achieved with no delay.
    7. Open your math book and go hardcore level about understanding it and completing each calculations as fast as possible.
    8. If you are in college, get started with 1k or 2k words per day streak on that assignment/project
    9. Read that book sitting there on the self and plan to finish it.
    10. Go for a walk...
    11. Stay away from any type of external brain chemical stimulation, such as psychedelics, drugs, alcohol, tobacco, nicotine, all you need is food, water and shelter to live, don't let your brain control your cravings, because you control your own life (by the way it is your life, you chose how you want to live it)...
    12. Make a list of your 20 dreams goals in life, now filter/reduce it to 10, and see which of them you really want to achieve.
    13. Make a list of the daily action you need to achieve, the top 3 in the next 2 years.
    14. Start acting towards achieving those top three priorities (go for it, do not wait for the perfect time).
    15. Start that business plan, start that 20 minutes a days walk / run / buy that bicycle and go to work cycling or walking.
    16. Sell your car, cut the unnecessary bills and enjoy a simple life with your pocket full.
    17. Look after your own life, and not from the others.
    18. Do your favorite hobby, the one you most wanted.
    19. Do your highest priority, and have short breaks after completing them (If you are studying or researching, remember our brain is productive for the first 30 to 40 minutes, so if you feel distracted at any stage or after every every 40 or 35 minutes of hard work, go and to have a 5 or no more than 10 minutes break in between, so you wont waste 4 hrs of your unique precious time which only 30 minutes will be productive, if you have the short breaks the entire 4 hrs will of pure productivity. Period).
    Conclusion:
    We can do so many things daily, unleash our supper human powers, but we procrastinate and let our own brain do all the sabotage against us, and we can't blame our brains at all, but yes our non organised thoughts and present choices. Where did I learn this? By self choice observing my present situation when I was 15 years old, but I went hardcore when I was 19, by going after sources about organizing my own life to achieve my ultimate goals in the present time (at that time I felt to be a poor child without any future and not much to offer to society, I had dreams that I wanted to do but I thought they were impossible, but I realized that I could change it for better or keep being unhappy, so I started living the present doing sport, studying and working, and, no drugs, no parties or object or external fulfillment, but with the pocket and mind always full, but the main of all, I was super happy), where did I learn it? Only two self-help books, or stories about positive thinking to aid our brains to think as positive as possible, where else? Later in 2015 I got to know B.O.T.A. I don't know how grateful I am to learn about B.O.T.A. lessons to master our lives/mind on the present time, learning as much as possible about our own selves and how we can control our own lives effectively (the lessons that's up to 5 years of 15 minutes of daily dedication...If it was easy, everybody would do it).

    I fixed the types, and updated the number 11 (very important for a sane mind).

    Hey guys, it’s 3 pm here & my wife has been hitting me up for sex!.

    I kinda feel like it but should I just wait for 90 days?

    I do not feel the need to view porn/pics or anything but yeah..not sure what to do lol

    I think if I have sex I’ll O a few times! Would that be a bad thing??? Thanks :)

    Ok guys so I had sex wish lasted well I’m not going to say lol it was as quick as Lightning Lol..

    My O Felt really good & natural & ohh boy I had a massive load which shot about half a meter hehe, I had a strange tingle in my balls & down my inner thighs after..:-/

    Normal sex & not batting of to P is so so much better..

    I feel my intrusive thoughts seems to have reduced after, not sure really!!

    Anyhow just a update guys :)

    Day 49 guys, only O once with my wife having natural sex.

    My thoughts are still over the place filled with Anxiety here & there but yeah I still seem to feel ahead of my thoughts!

    Upped my fruit/fish oil intake & I feel it has made a difference.

    I have started my (Headspace) Meditation again (52hrs in total so far) it helps me recognize my unwanted thoughts & see them as just that which can be a BIG relief I tell you & cost me $20 a month, it’s a app & that $20 I pay per month unlocks all guided packs, I also find positive self talk straight after Meditation & through out the day can ease the tension anxiety causes, also counting the inhale & exale breath is good.

    !!(Anxiety ALWAYS passes)!!

    Just remember guys when your caught up in thought it’s ok to have a cry lol.

    Hi mate yes I’ve suffered severe depression & was put on antidepressant meds, 10 months in I found NoFap & here I am..brain fog has been with me through depression!..I would say if your over you porn & fapping addiction it should be fine :) Nofap from my understanding is all about breaking the porn & wanking addiction!!:) Keeping in mind to not enaculate everyday lol I would say once a week until you heal or something like that uno, it really depends on how you feel & how addicted you were...Azz

    I joined NoFap almost 3 weeks ago but today is third time I changed my steak. I targeted 6 months for no PM but it seems I am not able to make it a week only.Please help

    You have many hobbies?
    I find staying busy helps a lot, although I don’t really get urges only when I see my wife naked lol..
    Think of why you started mate!..
