    Hello, guys i know that it is not a big deal but i almost finished one week of nofap and i wanted to share this victory with you, i dont feel a big change except a high self esteem and some tension in my body, i feel kind hungry but not for food, im trying to avoid all the Triggers, thank you for support

    Congratulations bro! Keep going. I just relapsed on my 6th day yesterday. For me, going for 1 week is superb, it takes a lot of willpower to do that, and I'm proud of you for your victory. Don't relapse, keep going. :)

    What matters is that you have continued with your goal and that you are progressing. That IS important. I have experienced many relapses after a week, so be proud of yourself. Everyday is one step further, never forget it.
