[7-CHALLENGE] THE SEVEN DAYS CHALLENGE !

Have been doing well. To follow the guidelines of the challenge this will be my day 0.

4/7 I've decided to weave this "hard mode" No PMO challenge (adhering to all the stated guidelines including no edging or O from any source) into my program.

 

I made it! Wasn't able to log on for a few days but I made it all 7 days! I am actually on day 10/7. God is great and has provided me the strength to do so. The fight has not yet been won but I will still continue to work hard and diligently!

4/7 Starting to get urges.

 

Bahhh i just did. I’m taking a final exam on a tablet that I didn’t block google on. (Parental restriction IS on, but If I type in something like Big Bangbros in the search engine, and go to images, I can find still pictures). So I fuckin did. Thankfully I stopped 5 min in. Going on a bike ride now. The final exam is a sure trigger for me, i’m Finding my avoidance response is to go look a porn. I want to avoid the challenging thing and look at porn, it’s like a reflex. I noticed it a few years ago when I was journaling, I wanted to say fuck it and look at porn.

positive note . I’m 9 days pmo free out 14 days. That’s progress. And i’m Stopping my self instead of saying fuck it, which is progress.
