100 days complete after years of struggling

    Hello my dear NoFap brothers and sisters,

    After years of struggling I finally reached the amount of 100 days PMO free!

    Started with this destructive behaviour at the age of 14. I'm at the moment 25 years old and wasted my teenage years fapping and living in an anxious state all day :(. I had massive social anxiety and went to a psychologist a numerous times to cure this.

    I always knew that fapping was not very good for me and started to stop at the age 22 but I never make it to the 90 days. This time I make some changes in daily routine.

    Road to success:

    - Install a anti-porn
    - Only use your computer for study or work related things, not for stupid searching on reddit or other sites.
    - Check in every day on NoFap!
    - Find a good AP.

    Benefits of my 100 days of NoFap:

    - More energy
    - Less social anxiety
    - Better skin
    - No anxiety when I'm talking to girls
    - etc.

    Don't waste your life on porn and masturbation. It is time to break-free my fellow fapstronauts!

    Don't ever give up!

    Amazing mate.
    Loved the fact that you were persistent in your efforts and they finally paid off. A lot of people lack here that for sure and take the easy road of quitting after a relapse. Kudos to you for that.
    And i hope you would go really long this time and restore to default and natural state.
    And don't worry about your past. I am 23 (turning 24 sooner) and had the worst PMO and paid sex history. It's never too late to start living beautifully. All the best!!

    Best was 61 days...which i break due to my exam result and feeling lack of energy...
    But am on again and now going for 100 day..thnx mate u motivate

    Even I started pmo age 14.

    Life has never been the same.

    It has been rather destructive than being constructive.

    Good to see you here at 100 days.

    You are an inspiration...

    Want to be there very bad, and want to move even ahead of it, to recover to natural state from where there is no chance of coming back.

    @Vishal Rob Singh I would recommend installing OpenDNS :). It can block porn websites in your home network. Very easy to install.
