Hello guys,

After the huge success of the 7, 14, 21 and 30 days challenge, I decided to create the most common challenge on NoFap.

What is the 90-CHALLENGE ?

The challenge is simple, easy and clear. I am just speaking about 90 days of no PMO. No less, no more. It's actually the most common challenge on NoFap.

If you're struggling to reach 90 days, you're on the perfect challenge!

The only rule is :

- You need to start at day 0 and you need to come back everyday on this thread until you reach 90 days.

When you complete this challenge, you will mention me (@2525) and I will add you on the hall of fames.

When you reach 3 months, you leave this thread for ever. That's it.

So more gym and healthy eating and less alcohol for me. Also less worrying about who my SO might be talking with or how she goes about her recovery...
