    Hello,
    Here's a little message to introduce myself. My name is Samson, I'm from the Netherlands and am 50 years old. The reason why I signed up for this program is that I want to stop watching porn. So it will be no PMO for the next 90 days. Hope I can do it. The information that was provided by the website is quite convincing though. I know I have to quit, because I do feel it affects my mental & physical health.
    Other things to know about me: I am homosexual, and I'm a Christian. .

    Welcome to the Nofap community.
    The NO PMO journey is not easy but worth the effort.

    We have some things in common: as a German I live not far away from the Netherlands, as a bisexual person I know the erotic feelings for other men, I am not porn addicted but M addicted and I have realized how much effort might be necessary to get rid of addiction.
    I grew up in a protestant family, nowadays I like the words of the Dalai Lama: "My religion is very simple, my religion is kindness."

    So - this is a good place to make steps in the right direction.
    Your 90-days-commitment is great. I prefer to first make short-time streaks and then prolong if I wish.
    The community will support you.
