Today I will not use porn and masturbate because I want to get rid of my brain garbage to enjoy making love with my wife.

 

Today I will not use porn because it is a sad habit for anyone who wants to improve in life. If you would see yourself as if you were watching a movie, would you feel proud of that habit? Wouldn't you be much more proud if you endured your suffering and worked hard towards the great things in life. Because as I've read today, the more suffering you endure, the more happiness you will find in the long run.
