    Hi, I'm 15 years old and I've had a pretty serious porn addiction for about 5 years now. More recently it's taken over my life. I haven't been able to get work done, I haven't been getting nearly enough sleep, and I've been less active because of this addiction. I was just afraid that I won't be able to kick this habit and I'd be stuck with it for the rest of my life. I decided to do something about it when my highschool had a summit about human-trafficking and pornography. I did some research and I came across NoFap. I really hope this will help me get rid of this horrible addiction and make me feel like I'm in control again.

    Hi @tuktukbois, just wanted to say one thing that maybe can give you some hope: you are too young, all the important things to happen in your life are still ahead of you. Some of us (like me) just realized that we had a problem after we were past 30. You will surely do great!
