Today I will not use porn because I want brian fog to lift.

 

Today I will not use porn because it does not fit into our reality in an uplifting way, it is incorrect, wrong.

Today I will not use porn because I am beginning to feel the absence of irrational yet significant anxiety that has plagued me for years. I have found myself in countless situations where I would have given anything to have felt calm, confident, and content. I don't deserve to have to live like that. I am choosing to grow out of it and there is no reason why I should condemn myself back to it for something that has literally nothing beneficial to offer.

 

Today I will not use porn because it makes me think the worst of situations.
